Batwoman: Elegy (Trade Paperback)
((Image Taken from Google.com))
After the very first day I saw this on the shelf of Thou Shalt Game, I have always wanted it. I never knew about Batwoman until I bought Batman: Battle For the Cowl and I saw her brief appearances within the book. Soon after, I did some research about Batwoman and learned a lot more about her. She became another one of my favorite characters. I ended up...

Fantastic Four: The Last Stand #1
((Image Taken From Google.com))
There are some issues that would make me a bit teary. This one just made me cry waterfalls. I’m not that much of a Fantastic Four fan, mainly due to my strong dislike towards Reed Richards, but I did like how the series was towards this last story arc. This special must have issue has #574, 587 and 588 of Fantastic Four. The story of #574 was a...

Robin & Argent: Double-Shot #1
((Image Taken from Google.com))
Another finding from The Paperback Shack. As I mentioned in one of my previous entries, I am not too familiar with the DC Universe as I am with Marvel. I first was introduced to Argent in Titans: Old Friends, which I did some research about her after reading. She was another character that intrigued me. This issue was created after the Teen Titans were...

Haunt Volume 1 (Trade Paperback)
((Image Taken from Google.com))
Ever since I saw a preview of this series in Image United #1, I wanted to read it. I bought this from Thou Shalt Game in Temecula. I’m usually one who would buy the separate issues, but since the store didn’t have any, I got the paperback. The art is amazing and the story is really good. Just seeing the development of the brothers’...

Marvel Heartbreakers (One-Shot)
((Image Taken From Google.com))
I got this comic from the first package I ordered from Midtowncomics.com. The comics is a somewhat light-hearted take on some of the women in the Marvel Universe. Its stories features Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, Elsa Bloodstone, Tabitha Smith, Dazzler, and Snowbird. I like the art of this one and some of the stories are cute.

Cloak and Dagger #9
((Image was taken from Google.com))
I’ve had this comic for a time now. I think the first time my friend took me to the Paperback Shack in Temecula, CA was when I found this. I bought it for $1 and a bunch of other old comics. The Paperback Shack is a used book shop that’s next to the Music Shack, a great place to find movies. The PS’s comics stock is very small and has...

DC Comics : Solo #8
((Image was taken from Google.))
I got this for free on Free Comic Book Day 2011. I think one of the vendors at Frank and Sons had it out in their freebie pile. The cover intrigued me and so I picked it up. I am not as familiar with the DC universe as I am with Marvel, but there are just some things that spark my interest.
As I said before, I don’t know much about DC Comics, which...
